Excellent store. I always find what I'm looking for. Very unique items well chosen and priced affordably.
I consigned a couple of pieces with them and had a very bad experience. They would not let me know if/when the items sold, I had to go to the store to find out. When I went to the store they told me the items had sold but did not have the cash on hand to pay me what they owed me. That was fine as I understand where they might be a bit short. I contacted them the next day to ask that they mail me a cheque rather than my having to go back to the store. They basically refused saying that it would require them to pay for a stamp and go to the post office. They had just made over $600 on the items they sold but were unwilling to mail me a cheque. I hope they treat other clients, buyers and sellers, better than me. I am very unhappy and will never deal with them again. If I could give them less than one star I would.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly lady who owns the store. I will be going back for paint and expertise on a regular basis!
Time after Time is a pretty crappy store. Their customer service is awful. We were waiting at the door at 10 am for the opening time and the worker was just sitting at the counter on her phone past 10 am. When she let us in, she didn't even say hello and prices were ridiculous. We left and she still said nothing.
Always a pleasant experience to shop and consign here. I've seen the odd dcor item priced too high (canisters from the dollar store or a PC brand pitcher), but they have reasonable prices on furniture and their painted items are refinished with attention and care. They also have lots of parking, which is ideal if you plan on leaving with something big! Pay with debit or cash to be entered in their draws!
