From sales to delivery, no surprises! The quality of our bedroom suite was second to done! It was all stress free! Big shout out to Jack in sales and the 2 delivery guys whose names I don't remember. The delivery guys couldn't do enough for us, they made everything so easy. I very much enjoyed their energy and enthusiasm!
Something must have been terribly wrong today I went to the store and ask for a closet the rep left me standing came back,ask me if I had any more question, I told her I wanted the closet she commented that I gave her the eye, what eye when u didn't even take time to listen I made purchases here before and never have a bad experience everyone is not going to look like you I do customerservice and I know the only time u see someone act the same way is when the same customer returns.
I had issues with my La-Z-Boy couch (a Lazy Boy issue), but I have to say Original Home Furniture stayed with me until it was fixed ?❤️?. Mack figured out exactly what was wrong and ordered the parts from La-Z-Boy. He came and installed the proper parts and everything works perfectly now. Once again, I love my couch. Mac is polite and professional, and definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you so much!!
We purchased a Lazy Boy set for our living room at Original Home Furniture. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable without aggressive sales tactics. This was the most comfortable furniture store we visited in town- very appreciated with a toddler in tow! If you are looking for quality furniture, variety, and knowledgeable staff you won't be disappointed.
I bought a sofa bed here a few years ago. They had excellent customer service and really took the time to make sure I was getting something I loved for a great value. The employees were not pushy and sleezy like at all the other stores. They really went out of their way to get my sofa delivered on time. Their delivery was excellent as well! Cannot day enough great things about this store. I will be purchasing from them again.

Purchased a customized Pinnicle chair.Overall cheaper quality compared to my mid-1970s model.First issue; using the lever, it gives off a loud ratchet noise.Second issue; cheaper materials. Chip board construction which is inferior to my old plywood chair and was lied to by sales person (see next issue)Third issue; Customer Service - When I went back with my concerns, one of the male staff tried to tell me that the chip board was better and more environmentally friendly which both reasons are falseForth; Poor padding that does not give good lumbard support. The floor model was better.We won't be going back there again nor buying Lazy Boy products. I would never pay extra for customized features since the floor model was a little better quality for less.On top of that, poor customer service when it comes to resolving issues
