Buyers be aware of DJL company, I have recently purchased a 2-piece sofa set, they had one in stock the second piece of the set had to be order from a different manufacture. DJL promise me that the second piece will be identical quality and size. Unfortunately, when the second piece was delivered it was a very poor quality and the dimensions ware much smaller then the first sofa what I purchased. When I trying to complain about the order they told me that was FINAL SALE!!! and they cant do anything. The owners did not notify me about that before I placed the order. I was only provided with payment receipt, after asking multiple times for the invoice finally I got one after more then 30 days after delivery of the sofa, very poor service. After contacting DJL company for many days via phone and text massages they agree to take the sofa back to the manufacture on my behalf but they ask for additional $200 for freight charge, why I would pay additional fee for defective product which they ware aware of it. I refused to pay the additional cost, they provide me with phone number to contact the manufacture company directly, what a poor service I had to deliver the sofa by myself to manufacture more then 250 km both ways, because DJL company would not do that without paying them additional fee. What a shame and poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!Never pay them upfront till you see the product, life lesson learned!

Found the company off of Letgo. Super friendly and prepared delivery men. The couch we ordered is amazing, I definitely recommend them! Had to take the door off to get the couch in & they did it without a problem! If youre looking for some good furniture this is the spot.
After spending so much time running around to "big name" furniture stores looking for a new sectional for our new home, we found this absolute gem of a company on Facebook. Their prices are amazing, especially since we were on a tight budget. Luca and his team are incredibly understanding and informative. They were willing to work with us as we had a fairly large, unexpected bill come up and had to get our final payment installment pushed back. They were even willing to hold our couch for us until we moved(new build house pushed back closing date). Our couch was delivered today, half an hour early! They also offered to come set up the couch for us after we move! They go above and beyond for their customers!! Will definitely be recommending DJL Company to all of our friends, and we will be returning for future purchases!
Highly recommended.After looking at many larger stores in KW, and being on a budget, we decided to try looking at furniture stores in Guelph. The reviews and repeat customers on this site were so positive and plentiful, I was amazed, and thought we would check this store out first. Bought furniture that day. Much better quality than what we had seen previously. All leather, which I thought I couldnt afford, or without compromising on quality. Excellent sales that day in the store.
