Horrible warranty, they claim everything is wear & tear. My couch is quite literally falling apart at the seams in less than 1year and they refuse to acknowledge me. Pathetic
This store has the WORST customer service! I bought a couch from their location in Guelph and as soon as it was delivered I contacted the store because there were several issues with it. The employee who answered abruptly brushed me off stating that I needed to email the store manager with pictures etc. I have since sent 3 more emails and called the store multiple times and have NEVER heard back from the store manager Bruce once! The WORST experience buying a couch ever!! Do not waste your time or money at this store!
Had a great experience shopping for a new sofa - Bruce was beyond helpful in finding the exact colour and material we were looking for! Delivery was not as smooth - he promised delivery could be made to our building even though it had a small elevator (he said the guys would bring it up the stairs if they had to). When the delivery was tricky, Bruce then said he never approved it and that the delivery people wouldn’t go up the stairs and wasn’t helpful. The actually delivery people were extremely lovely though. Overall would probably look at other places before coming back here but so far we are happy with our sofa.

Very disappointing. The original sales clerk was very helpful, I was looking for an eight drawer dresser and 22” wide end tables and a carpet for the bedroom. I was advised that the dresser and end tables could be made to suit with hardware of my choosing. I ordered the 8 drawer dresser, 22” end tables and an 8’ x 10 carpet. All were to be delivered on a certain date. Well, closer to delivery time I had to call to see if the furniture was being delivered on the arranged date several times. Sat in all day and furniture arrived close to 6:00pm. The wrong carpet was delivered….the dresser had a flaw on the top and the wrong hardware. I went into the store the next day to advise and the salesperson Bruce. He advised me to call the service department. I insisted he deal with it. He did call and arranged for someone to come out to examine the dresser and pick up the wrong carpet. I did get a refund for the carpet. I was told that the service man would be out either Monday or Wednesday so had to stay home all day waiting for him. He came in sanded the top of the dresser and applied some polish and buffed it up…it made no difference. We decided to keep the incorrect hardware. I called Bruce to let him know that we still had the problem and I ended up getting a condescending lecture on wood grains and knots in wood (I am 75 and I think I know the difference between wood grains and a flaw). Unfortunately, I am to tired to deal with the hassle anymore so have given up on anything being done. I ended up putting a runner on the dresser. Will never shop here again. Beware shoppers.
Turn around and walk out. Better furniture stores out there than this. We needed repairs on the couch we bought; we had paid for a warranty but, as we were under renovations in our house, we lost the paperwork. Bruce wouldn't look for his copy, said it was "in a box" somewhere. Too much trouble.
I've bought a sofa sectional and been trying to leave a message it's always full so I cant deal with this issue only five months old I hardly us it and where the piping along the side keeps shifting this couch decently wasny worth 1900 dollar can only flip one couch out of 3 and not holding shape
