I cannot say enough good things about Anne and Sue. During a very difficult time in my life, these two incredible ladies went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process so much lighter. They were kind, patient, and genuinely supportive, which meant the world to me. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for not only great service but truly wonderful people!! Thank you Anne and Sue.
Great experience, costumer service was amazing, I was assisted by Jacob in bedding and he helped me choose a mattress of my needs. And the lady at the cash was very nice.
JYSK at Pergola Commons is a nice location to get an idea about new furniture trends and affordable options for new styles. Also, their selection of home dining sets and chairs seems to be much better than in other Guelph furniture stores. It was a nice experience to get a great service from the store manager Alex who is attentive to details beyond any expectations and very hardworking, and also, Sarah who was very helpful and considerate. The employees of the store go above and beyond to satisfy the loyal customers. Keep up the good work, you are rocking it!
You can try to silence me all you want and delete my review to save your image, but I refuse to have been treated that way and see such an unprofessional establishment. If nothing happens, I'm warning now to belittle someone for a panic attack being accused for nonsense when they don't manage their team properly and damages someone's belongings instead of making a formal report to police about the theft and allowing me to be the only one on the floor while the other workers leave the store to hunt down the thief is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I am gladly now reporting this to Ministry of Labour.
Typical jysk- packed to the brim but people happy to help. Watch that what you're purchasing, some things are a great deal (flannel sheets) others can be had for the same price or less elsewhere (clear storage buckets). Good sales of you're not in a rush. Note that their flat pack furniture is harder to assemble than IKEA, more tools required like multiple screw and nail types, Allen keys are provided but that's it.
