The staff are absolutely wonderful, and answer all questions with care and detail. This pharmacy has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are the most efficient pharmacy in Guelph for getting prescriptions filled accurately, and in a timely manner. After my first experience here I immediately transferred over all prescription. Any time I’ve called my prescription(s) have been ready in less then 24 hours. 10/10 reccomend transferring all your prescriptions here.

I was at the pharmacy today and witnessed how incredibly well the staff handled a difficult situation. Some customers were being very RUDEE, yet both the pharmacist and the pharmacy assistant stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time. They handled the situation with grace and never let it affect the care they were giving to other patients. It’s reassuring to see such patience and professionalism, even under pressure. Excellent service!
I have now lived in the area for the last 15 years and I can say the staff is most definitely professional / educated and take pride in what they do. They always are very friendly with warm welcoming smiles. Anytime I have needed a prescription renewed they have always went out of the way to contact my family doctor to make sure myself and my children never went with out. Great job Woodlawn pharmacy 5 stars.
One of the best pharmacies I’ve been too. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at home and I did not once feel judged by their staff. I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to switch from the big chains like Shoppers and Rexal.
