I would agree with another’s comment, I have gone there for a few years on and off, and the customer service is very good. Personable, friendly, engaged with the customer, knowledgeable and they care about the service they are advocating to the person standing in front of them. Rate them as a 10/10.
The service level was incredible. I got myself into a jam with a hard to find malaria prescription last minute and he managed to call someone to fill it when 5 others didn't! It also ended up being cheaper! Super nice guy with incredible customer service!
Stop going to these big pharmacies when there are these amazing smaller places that give you top notch customer service and care the bigger pharmacies do not and cannot give. Amazing, and will not be switching anytime soon.

My call to Eramosa Pharmacy is normally picked up immediately. There is no waiting on the phone for an extended period of time. On the odd occasion, that I need to leave a message, their response is both quick and efficient. I have always found them to be kind, polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. Their service to their customers is excellent!
