Best pharmacy in Guelph .knows me by name and is super professional . I definitely recommend him highly. And I'm super picky . I have been to many pharmacies. Big box stores treat u like a customer but with Mike he treats you like a person and actually care .:) I got my friend to switch and she was very happy as well . And trust me I pretty much have problems with all the pharmacys I have delt with . If you treat me good I'm a loyal customer 4 life ;) also many of the big pharmaceutics are charging $20 just two get a refill from your doctor
Mike at IDA is genuinely compassionate, and down to earth. He's effective at his job, and also caring about his customers. We popped into the new IDA one day while waiting for our pizza. After a brief conversation with Mike we knew this was the pharmacist for us. Our family highly recommends him, and this IDA. I just wish more companies followed their lead and were as customer-centric as he is. Thanks for being awesome, Mike. We can't imagine going anywhere else.

I just want to add this guy is above and beyond what I would expect from a pharmacist. Whole fam just got flu shot and he was exceptional with our 6 and 9 year olds.
