A prescription was sent there December 23, 2024 for my minor child , I was only contacted day of for my benefits card , never heard back from them till I called January 6th well at the doctor's office who sent the prescription to be filled ,the doctor was not pleased that we didn't receive the prescription, they claimed they called me which they did not then told me my benefits were terminated which they are not , so they just put this important prescription on hold, had to pay out of pocket and then they are sending it by UPS with a signature required by a minor . Very disappointed in how they speak to patients and the time it took to get the prescription even filled , still have not received this for my daughter and its the 9th of January. So many other compounding pharmacies to go to save the headache and the rudeness

While the experience in the past has been good I don't know what seems to be going so wrong the past couple months, Peter the lead pharmacist is very thorough nothing but great things to say about him. But whenever he's not around I'm getting delivered empty bags that should have my medications in them...twice!, I've had medication that's out for delivery lied about being delivered and proven by my security cameras at my home and my husbands medication not showing up untill days later which has been imperativehe has on time, furthermore I've been told that my faxed prescriptions hav'nt been faxed when they were 100 percent sent over by my doctor, which led to some anxiety quite a few times. While I truly appreciate my early time here three years ago I've chose to move forward to a better pharmacy that calls to ask how I'm doing with my new prescription and follows up with me as well and will be having my file transferred over promptly. I do not recommend using this pharmaceutical delivery service as it is not dependable.
Highly recommend this pharmacy. They went out of their way for me. Our regular pharmacy was unable to get something that was prescribed by a specialist. I called around, and as most places brushed me off, Chancellors Way went out of their way and found what we needed. They were very understanding, helpful, and empathetic. I really appreciate their help.
The pharmacists are definitely very knowledgeable. Peter took a consultative approach when filling my perscription. Overall, a good experience.
Staff are very professional and friendly. Huge plus that you get free parking when you fill a prescription from there! And the pharmacist gives the best pain-free flu shot.
