I had an amazing beauty consultation with Parisa at Shoppers! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to my needs before making recommendations. Parisa took the time to understand my skin type, concerns, and preferences, and suggested products that truly suited me not just trendy items.
I rarely add bad reviews, however I cannot skip this time. Ladies in beauty area are very rude and had very bad, terrible customer service. i will never come to this shopper ever again.
absolute garbage they refuse to take my voucher to swap for a cologne. They say I need proof of purchase and i brought my receipt they still refused. Went to 2 different stores and they accepted the voucher but were out of stock and said this one should accept it. They did not. Do not go there. absolute trash
The Front End staff greet me and are very helpful. The Pharmacy are very accommodating in tracking down paperwork required to fill a prescription. We use the phone in order system and are provided with a ready date. We like that feature.
Just went shopping here and Victoria at the beauty boutique was so helpful and friendly. Best service, always smiling, so knowledgeable too! Ask for Victoria you won’t regret it !!!
I was at this store Tuesday, July 9th around 3pm waiting for a manager to come assist me with a product inquiry. Not only did I have to wait 15-20 minutes for her to come, but when she did, a lady named Jackie, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ended up walking out and going to the store down the street. Terrible customer service.
Been coming to the pharmacy here for a little while and everyone is very pleasant to talk to other than the brown male pharmacist. I’m sorry I do not know his name, but he is very rude and always miserable. Never pleasant to speak to. It’s gotten so bad I avoid going when he’s there and try to go only when other pharmacists are working. He does not speak nicely to anyone and is very snarky. If you have just a simple question he doesn’t answer, he straight up ignored me while I was talking to him. Will look you in the face and ignore you or tell you he won’t talk to you. All over just asking a simple question. Just ridiculous. Absolutely no customer service skills! I don’t know how he has a job where he needs to talk to people.
