I love the company it's self, however the locations vary. It's usually known that there is sometimes a dog behind the counter which is sweet. In A different cities stores I shop in, the behind the counter dog is always sweet! However this is my 2nd time coming back to the Guelph location.. Don't get me wrong, the employees are super sweet and knowledgable, however that medium sized black doodle behind the counter made me contemplate coming back. Usually my dog, a small one, is very dominant, reactive, yet shy. On my first visit I noticed how the medium black doodle? breed was very reactive and barking, yet the worker decided to ignore the signs and let the dog out to greet mine, my dog was actually behaving quite well until the doodle started lunging, barking and tried nipping at my small dog. Yes, my dog started acting reactive after the doodle started acting reactive and doing those behaviours toward my dog. Please either train your dog to not bark and lunge behind the counter or just simply don't bring your dog if you know many people have this issue, including me. The only reason why I really came back to the Guelph location twice is because they're the only ones with the type of dog branded food he likes and has eaten for years now.
Ellen is very kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I would recommend shopping here for your pet. My pleasure to shop at bone & biscuit.
We love going to visit Sarah and Ellen at the Bone & Biscuit. They make us feel so welcome and even though we go into buy healthy dog food made especially for us dogs, they always give us a treat. A good selection of leashes, collars, and car restraints help keep us safe so we can have fun with the toys we buy there too!
The selection of foods/treats and toys is unmatched! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Your pet is always welcomed with open arms! No friendlier environment for you to shop for your pet

Super cute store! The owners are super knowledgeable and they have an awesome frozen raw food selection. If you are looking for a good quality dog bed that will last you forever, check out the Bowser beds they carry. I have had mine for at least 4 years and they are super durable and wash really well.
I really enjoy shopping at the Bone & Biscuit for my Bulldog, and have been a customer for the past 2 years. I recently visited and brought my dog in with me to shop around and was greeted by a very vocal large dog who I'm assuming is the owners. My dog become very frightened and ruined the shopping experience for us. In the future I will return without my dog with me unfortunately.
