I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but I have so consistently been impressed by how friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable the staff here is. When describing our dog's needs and preferences, they have truly listened, and offered advice without ever coming across as simply trying to sell us more and more. It's always a delight to walk in and receive a warm greeting, and their selection of food is fantastic and of high quality.
The staff are great and friendly. When I come with my dog they are always happy to see her and give her some pets while I grab some food/supplies. I appreciate them greatly.
I have been buying my dog food from this Global location for over 20 years. The owner and his team are all very knowledgeable and always provide great service.
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their customer service is amazing and such a great variety of raw dog food and supplements. Even for allergy prone dogs they offer proteins like bison, venison, kangaroo, buffalo so they really care and cater towards everyone. I’m really happy a store and staff like this exists to give quality service and products.

Did curbside pickup and the person who came out didn’t have a mask. Got home and realized my dog food was stale dated to 7 months ago. Called and they didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back to this location anymore
