Took Blu to get groomed and he absolutely loved it. Perfect shave job and was very happy playing when I went to pick him up. Groomer was super nice and great with my dog. 10/10 service, would recommend. Very reasonable price too.
Had a great first experience bringing our nervous 10 yr old Dachshund for grooming! Barnaby did an excellent job and we’ll be back! Love that Cooper wasn’t sitting in a kennel for hours. Arrived for our appt time and Barnaby got started right away. We came back an hour later as instructed and Cooper looked fantastic!
I got the best customer service from Noor when i last went. she was very delightful and welcoming and helped me find the products i needed. I would definitely come again and would recommend this place to anyone!
Yaroslava was a great help while I was in restocking my dog’s food. She gave great insight on which food to get, why, and what benefits it came with. Easiest experience, in and out, very efficient.
Pet Value is a great place to wash your dog. It is clean, well stocked with shampoos and you are given as many towels as you need to dry your dog. My big golden retriever can easily walk into the tub without being lifted.
I am so grateful to Barnaby and to the wonderful staff at Pet Valu. My senior shih tzu is special needs and usually gets extremely anxious at the groomers - I couldn’t have asked for a more patient or skilled groomer in Barnaby. His calm and kind demeanour immediately set both my dog and myself at ease and he gave him an excellent full cut. It’s so reassuring to know that my best friend’s grooming needs are in good hands here! Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Girl that works is fantastic but some dude that kept giving creepy stare and looks like doesn't want to be there at all. I would stay away if you don't wanna get stabbed by the psycho.
