Super friendly staff that is very helpful — easily took back food that our kitten did not like. This is important because we have been to a number of stores, trying to find something this kitten that we took in will eat. Apparently she’s used to what’s out in the fields. She will only eat mouser brand —- only available at global pet stores. We’ve tried everything and it’s the only thing she will eat. Global was kind enough to take back the food from all the other pet stores so we didn’t have to do any running around— a huge help! Hassle free shopping for sure… and they gave out full chocolate bars on Halloween which were very appreciated by my son!
A great place to shop for your pet. The staff is the best! Always a lot of staff available, very knowledgeable, very helpful, lots of Canadian product and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my pet.
I like to write reviews for positive and not so positive experiences and only after having a horrible experience at the new PetSmart in the south end (which I just wrote a review on) did I realize that I haven’t done a review for Global Pet Foods. I always buy my dog food here for our senior morkie and it has always been a great experience with knowledgeable and caring. There is a particular brand I always buy and no other pet store sells it except this location. It’s a kibble specifically for a small senior breed so the store doesn’t order it in large quantities but once they knew I needed it, they put in a order for me every few months so it’s ready when I get there. Like many pet owners, I love my dog, and want the best for her. This place listens to your needs. After the experience at PetSmart, I wanted to be sure to share my gratitude for this store and location. Thank you.
Helpful friendly staff. Clean, well stocked store Only negative about most pet stores is, they have too many yummy treats at nose level, so making my way through the store with my pup was frustrating
Today I went into global on VICTORIA road and was a victim of discrimination. I informed the employee I was medically exempt. The store was empty of any other customers and she told me I had to be helped outside in minus 15 weather. Global On Wellington does NOT discriminate against those who are medically exempt. Shame
Amazing customer service. Super friendly staff. Very welcoming & informative! The store is much larger than I anticipated. They had what I needed, it was clean, organized & incredibly easy to navigate too! I will definitely be returning!
Lots of choices for treats and toys. I hate the low uncovered bulk bins, my dogs always feel cheated that they can't taste test everything. Super friendly staff.
