S. A. S. S. Auto was fantastic in assisting me in buying my new…to me…vehicle. Talib was quick to respond to my questions and explaining everything to me that I needed to know when purchasing a car from them. He even honoured the price he quoted me even though it was actually listed online at a slightly higher price. They were honest, fair priced and helpful. I had a great experience buying from them and I am loving my new vehicle.

Talib and his team were incredible to deal with. Hands down, my families best car purchasing experience. Highly recommended for the company's customer service, transparency and obvious integrity.

Talib and Iqbal were such a delight to do business with. My husband runs his own company and I am 6 months pregnant with 2 small children. So finding time to do anything is difficult. Talib made the process of getting our new family car so incredibly seamless. He was kind and accommodating to our busy lifestyle and needs. Everything was totally transparent, fair, straight, to the point, and super easy. I cannot recommend them enough. For what its worth, we appreciate their business so much that we traveled from Barrie! Thank you and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future! Jamie & Eric

Dealership doesnt provide carproof without phone number due to "security reasons". They dont publicly post there reports. Buyer beware as some of the vehicles they sell are total loss/salvage and there ads don't state it.

FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!! The first car we bought, still for sale as of May 9, 2024 (2007 BMW 650i cabriolet, black) looked great! Picked it up and within 10 minutes of driving, some warning lights came on, but turned off shortly. Didn't think much of it. While driving the car for approximately 2-3 hours that day, all kinds of warning lights came on and would not go away! I contacted Talib right away and he asked me to bring the car back. He claimed to have cleared the codes and all was good. Driving home, all the same warning lights came on! I paid to take it to an independent garage and they informed me that the car did not have the correct battery in it. I also noticed that the vehicle had been repainted and that there was body work over the front passenger fender! I read in detail the CARFAX and in the detailed summary, the car had been to a shop for replacing a rim, tire, tie rods and other items. The car was in an accident, but was never claimed! We traded in the this car and paid the difference on another vehicle. This vehicle also looked to be in great condition. Test drove it, following the posted speed limit and didn't notice anything. We got the car home and were able to take the car on the highway. The car began to get a very strong vibration anything over 100 km/hr and kept getting worse. And when braking, keep both hands on the steering wheel!!! We also noticed and it is a bit difficult to see initially, but the windshield has a significant crack!!! HOW ARE THESE CARS PASSING A SAFETY INSPECTION? We are going back to the independent garage to most likely replace warped rotors and to balance some tires! BEWARE!!! What I believe is going on is that the cars are being inspected to the bare minimum. They want you to buy the warranty so that WHEN the car has issues, you take it else where and they do not have to deal with it. I would also mention that the mechanic told me personally that he built hot rods and motorcycles prior to working for S.A.S.S auto. That's quite a leap going from hot rods to BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar etc!!! I think they are just using his mechanic certificate to sign off on the safety.SHAME on me for not spending the extra $3600 warranty ontop of the $34,995 sticker price (sarcasm), but SHAME on S.A.S.S for selling TWO unreliable cars!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Part 2; I just returned from the same service garage. They confirmed and replaced the front rotors because they were warped. They also found that the vibration we were feeling while driving wasn't due to unbalanced wheels, but due to the fact that BOTH FRONT RIMS WERE BENT!!! And to top off our $775 bill, I decided to wash the car. As I mentioned before, there was a very hard crack to see, but after the wash, it split the windshield in half! Not only did we just replace the rotors, but we will now have to go through our insurance and replace the windshield! I contacted TALIB immediately to inform him of our disappointment and the condition of the car. He said that he would look into it and get back to me. I haven't heard back from him. Talib never contacted us again, but his daddy did. Talib, stop hiding behind your dad! Be a man and own your mistakes about selling uncertified cars. Iqbal, (Talib's daddy), you need to retire! You are unprofessional, rude and have very little skills in dealing with conflicts that you and your dealership and son create! Shady, corrupt, untrusting, greedy liars! Ask yourself why this dealership has extremely low inventory turn over? Most of those BMW's have sat on the lot for over 2 years! There is something wrong with either the cars, the dealership or the people selling them! WARNING!!! Take these guys to court if you can! I was contacted by another customer of their's who inquired about my experience. This customer purchased a used Porsche Cayenne that resulted in a transmission replacement at just over $8000! They informed me that Iqbal and Talib behaved in the exact same manner. They filed a claim against them, but settled just before the court date! WATCH OUT!

Like the slogan sais do not judge a book by its cover, and you should treat others fairly when they are alot smarter than you. Bought a car and drove it off the lot , bought it cert , and the tire fell off. Watch what you buy from these guys .

I've purchased many vehicles, and can honestly say I just had the best experience shopping at SASS Auto Group. Their selection is by the far the best you'll find in Guelph, prices more than fair but the best is their customer service, and especially working with Talib. He's well informed, not at all pushy and helps you make the best decision. I've now driven away with an Audi Q5 and couldn't be happier with my new car. Thank you Talib and team, I'll be sending everyone I know your way for their next vehicle purchase!
