The owner of Auto Matters Ltd. is a honest, polite and friendly person. The price was decent. I will definitely contact Mr. Arif first when I plan to change or by the second car and recommend to my friends to check with Auto Matters before making a decision of buying used car.
I was initially interested in checking out this dealership but decided against it after seeing not only the concerning reviews but also the dealership’s bizarre, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing responses to feedback. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, they resort to rambling accusations, scare tactics, and attempts to discredit reviewers by claiming they aren’t 'in their records.' It’s laughable that a business would think this approach is acceptable or effective—it only reinforces the impression of low-quality service and operations. From reviews of questionable safety inspections to policies that prevent independent pre-purchase inspections, the red flags are impossible to ignore. These are basic standards any reputable dealership should meet, yet here, they’re dodged with excuses and defensive posturing. Even worse, when serious safety concerns are raised, they dismiss them outright and try to spin it as a misunderstanding or someone else's fault. Instead of improving or taking accountability, they double down, claiming every negative review is fake, defamatory, or from some competitor, as if people don’t notice the pattern. It’s clear they prefer intimidation over resolution, which speaks volumes about the quality (or lack thereof) you can expect here. If this is how they handle reviews, I shudder to think how they treat customers when issues arise after a sale. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. A dealership that spends more time crafting excuses than providing quality cars or customer service isn’t worth your time or money.
I liked Mo from the get go. He knows his cars and is professional but not pushy. He also has an eclectic assortment of vehicles and I was interested in an older Honda. The car looked good and handled well on a test drive. My mechanic checked it over, and gave the car the thumbs up. A couple of things needing attention were fixed before I picked the car up, as promised. Buying a used car is stressful and I am happy to have my car at a fair price and ethical customer service.
The service after giving a car is fabulous by the owner and the mechanic, the price is reasonable as compare to the market and negotiable, The overall car purchasing experience is really good. I really recommend this dealer to purchase second the hand car.
This is very good place to sell and buy old cars. Any model car you can sell or replace with new models with smaller amounts of money.i advise to visit to see the cars and deals.
I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey on Wednesday and by Monday I lost 1 quart of oil I called them and the owner said you bring it in and we will fix it I’m here now Thursday May 4th and he fixed it. I am great full and I would recommend this auto dealer ship to any one they are honest and trust worthy in my book.But I mean a Big But in the first 6 months of owning the SUV I put about $5,000.00 dollars into it like new tire’s alternator battery 4 stabilizer bars brakes ( drums and pads ) and the main wire going from the alternator to the battery so be careful and check everything when you purchase any used car or SIV JUST SAYING
I had a wonderful experience with auto matters ltd as I bought a car from dealer ship back in 2014. The customer service was excellent. The car ran very well since that time. Although it is 2003 Toyota Camry but who ever get ride of it cannot believe of the smoothness of drive. I really recommend everyone out there to give chance to Auto Matters LTD when it comes to buy or sell the used car
