I went to AKM with my dad because my grandma was buying a car, and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. The woman who helped us was extremely kind, patient, and made sure my grandma felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The whole team was friendly and professional, and they really paid attention to the details. The car originally had a few scratches, and they touched everything up before pickup so it looked almost new. My grandma left very happy with her purchase, and I would definitely recommend AKM to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

Great experience and fair price to sell our car to Robert. A very polite and nice gentleman to communicate. But one of stuff is not patient with answering questions and tried to break deal provided previously because I asked a question he doesn’t like. Feels very uncomfortable and no respect. I would never have a deal with that guy. He doesn’t have full acknowledgement with car model feathers. I decide to sell my car at last is only because of Robert coming back and taking over my case. Losing one star is because of the guy giving me an unhappy experience, otherwise, everything is wonderful and smooth.
Bring someone who knows all the ins and outs of cars. Bought a 2020 car from here 7 months ago and have already had to spend over $1k in replacing parts in the car. they wanted me to pay over $400 for a battery when I bought the same one from Costco for $150. the air conditioner didn't work since I bought it, but since it was winter at the time obviously I didn't know that because the heat was on instead (cost $650 to fix at a shop but I bet here they'd charge more). Been there multiple times about fixing the car in less than half a year of having it and somehow not one bit is covered under my warranty. didn't even bother to pay extra to have my warranty extended cuz what's the point if it doesn't cover anything? staff was nice to me but this car is becoming more than I bargained for.
Went to buy a car was told to wait half a hour waited a hour. Cars on lot are over priced and sale rep was kinda rude. Didn't make time for the customer. Just kept adding time for me to wait. Bought car at other dealership where sales reps had time. Won't return or recommend.
Milburn's was the best experience we had purchasing a vehicle by a landslide! We are originally from Sudbury and were feeling discouraged with our options in town. We started looking at places in the south and like a needle in a haystack we stumbled across Milburn's. THANK GOD.
