Great place to go, for the price, any big issues were fixed when brought up, apart from my last summer tire it had damage and I was told I'd receive it in the next month or so but its been half a year and no word stopped responding to my texts Very nice people though
Absolutely would recommend! Four Star Motors and their team got us into a beautiful used Lucerne, fully disclosed any and all service history, carfax, and questions we had about the vehicle. Sonny was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and wasn't satisfied until we were. They were quick, and professional throughout the buying process and made sure we not only knew the next steps, but kept us updated regularly. Thank you. I really wanted this place to live up to its name. Service was always friendly, but I bought a vehicle from here back in the end of June and I still never received the hubcaps for it or had the rust spot fixed that they said they would do at the time of purchase. Everytime I contacted them over the next month and a half they said "we will call when the hubcaps are in and do the rust spot at the same time". Still haven't received a call. The car was cheap, so prices are reasonable. However, it's the lack of integrity that sticks in my mind. Don't bother saying you will do something if you have no follow through.

Pros: Pretty cheap car. Low KMs Cons: They safety the car in house which is extremely sketchy. They did not include everything they advertised in the ad. I had to ask for them to include the winter tires, and then they included bulging and unsafe tires that I couldn’t even use. The fuel tank assembly fell apart after 30km on the road. The seller said they would fix cosmetic damage on my car and then refused to when I mentioned it post sale. I had to do transmission repair on my car after 1500km. I had to do a new battery and exhaust after 2000km. In sum: Do not buy from this place unless you have mechanical aptitude. You will end up paying at least $1000 extra in repairs to get the car in satisfactory condition.
For the purchase of my daughters first car, Sunny took great care to ensure it was the right vehicle at the right price! Even with a few minor issues (with the vehicle) after purchase, they fixed it straight away! Now my second daughter needs a car... my first call was Four Star motors!
