I went in last night about a 1/2 an hour to closing time and I didn't know what the response would be from the person that would be helping me. She was very pleasant , very helpful and recommended Products that suits my needs not based on price but what she thought I may appreciate and need. Very nice to go into a place to shop with an employee that has a great attitude and Makes you feel That she appreciated that you shopped there. highly recommend this company. This is the fifth pair of work shoes. I have bought from them over many years very pleased and will continue to go back. Thanks for the great service.
The customer service agent was extremely rude to the point she didn't allow us to touch or feel the shoes trying is the next level. She actually took the shoes from my hand and put it back on rack as she knew that this is not my size I get it but I was feeling the shoe texture from inside n also the sole she just took it from my hand n put it back I don't like this behavior we were there to try the shoes n buy for our work place otherwise I would never came to this shop ever again the worst customer service ever
Good service, knowledgeable staff. Fitted me for some work boots, made some good suggestions to narrow down selection. If you need safety boots, this is the place to go. Also most employers have a program to subsidise majority of the cost.
