two women at the front desk while I arrived yet my welcome was not existent, they would not assist me until they completed their social hour. Do not recommend this store as I was in twice within two weeks and had the same experience both time. The employees are rude and clearly do not want to be working.
I never make reviews and I wanted to share the amazing experience I had with Alexis. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes. She helped me pick out a few pairs of shoes for an upcoming event and I will definitely go back again to buy more just because of how amazing she was. Thank you Alexis!!!!
Staff were nice, and helpful. But I'd like Aldo to not glue their insoles in; I have orthotics and can't accurately feel the fit unless I can remove the padded insole first. So I spent $300 at another store.
Nika was absolutely the sweetest! She helped me find the heels I was looking for & went above & beyond to make sure I left with something! Kindest soul I’ve spoken with in a long time! Thank you for your help today! I’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend going in when Nika is in:)
I never shop from Aldo before, and this holiday it was my first time that I ordered online from Aldo Canada, it was very disappointing and I feel I never back and shop from Aldo. I never get delivered my item, for the first order, your support told me that UPS lost the package and despite all those time that you waste from me you even never compensate it for the second order it is been 10 days after order and your support told me that my item now is lost by you in your store! I feel your service, your support and your website and whole shopping experience with you is awfully and totally waste of the time for me. I feel you are just wasting my time and do not offer even offer of compensation!!!
Bad service i iterally asked for my shoe size before a few customers and couple more people came and went And it must have been the way i looked she didnt attend to me until the store was empty i just ended up buying 2 pairs from call it spring atleast they are more attentive and dont discriminate
Haven't bought products from Aldo in a long time. Owned 3 pairs so far and all of them couldn't last long enough for me. Hope they carry more durable shoes.
