Best take out pizza in Guelph! The pizza was delicious and fresh with a good amount of topping. The price and offers are affordable for the quality provided. Employees were extremely cheerful and friendly. Would definitely recommend
My family and I had tried city pizza for the first time . We had viewed the reviews for cost, quality ,quantity and flavor were well placed ; we found the price to be a fair cost in pizza and wings ratio for a family.We ordered a lg with wing and garlic bread The disappointing factor was that the pizza had barely any sauce ,they had way way to much cheese and minimal pepperoni compared to many other places . As for the wings they were not fully cooked to the point where we had to cook for an extra 15 mins .My 2 year old , my hubby and myself have been experiencing sore stomachs and had a sleepless night due to sore tummies. We unfortunately did not have a good experience with the food .But the staff were kind and friendly and had a clean kitchen . The best thing to see is a clean kitchens and it was not did it contain a cleaning chemical smell which is great it smelt like pizza but super clean .There menu contains everything which some places dont and you have to ask so I will give there presentation of restaurant and cleanliness a 10 out of 10 but the food gets a 2 out of ten .
I love this new place. We often get pizza by the slice and the price is the best in town. They usually have a couple of types for slices.But their large pizzas are great too. Love the fresh ingredients. In the same plaza as Canadian Tire. However, it is strictly takeout, no tables. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a lot of competition but we are glad we tried this one; we are now regulars here.
Best pizza ever! Seriously. I first tried City Pizza in Waterloo. The company I work for uses City Pizza when they want to get pizza for the staff. It was so good and I was disappointed they didn't have one in Guelph! That has since changed! We have ordered from here a few times and it's still amazing! The sauce has just a hint of sweetness and tastes freshly made. The crust is soft and just has the right texture.They also give you an extremely good value for your money. For our family of seven, we can order pizza to feed three of us (including 4 teenagers) for about $45! That's almost unheard of!Try City Pizza, you won't regret it!
By far the best pizza place in the city, they are extremely friendly & quick. Their store is above and beyond cleanliness as most personally owned places dont seem to be the cleanest. I would never go anywhere else.
