I am very disappointed with the customer service. The lady working on weekdays after 7:00 p.m. appeared dismissive and unwelcoming. She prioritized phone calls instead of acknowledging the customers standing in front of her. When we arrived, she did not acknowledge us or respond to my greeting. It felt as if we were invisible at that moment. When I asked if she had heard me, she explained that she was busy finishing an order and that once she was done, she would assist us. I understand that she was working alone and had to manage the cash register, serve customers, and answer the phone at the same time. However, what bothered me was not the wait, but the lack of basic acknowledgment. Responding to a greeting or simply saying “I’ll be with you shortly” takes only a few seconds and makes a big difference in customer service. We were more than willing to wait
Consistently brutal kitchen. Apparently you need to ask to have your wings tossed in the sauce as a special request. New ownership is better but the kitchen is brutal. Bartenders are always super kind and attentive however. Atmosphere is either busy or ghost town even during a sports game. More work needed here in the community or it’ll go bust.
Everytime I visit this wild wing, im greeted and treated so well, the food is top notch its my favourite spot and the bbq wing are delish! Thank you Wild wing staff for making these special moments in my memorable.
I don’t normally write a review, but I randomly stopped by this wild wings with a friend to grab some food and catch up and ended up having such an amazing night. Our server was so entertaining and extremely attentive. I will not only be coming back for the food but I will continue to return for the amazing service! ?

Let me give you an honest review about this place. First time we went there we didn’t have a good experience, but we thought we’d give it a second chance. First of all, we Waited about 10 minutes just to get a beer. When it came to get the second round of drinks some random person walks in from the street we assume it’s the owner and asks us if he can pour us a beer. We said no because how about washing your hands first. When it’s time to leave, we can’t even get the bill because the owner and his friends and the waitress are too busy doing shots together. We are never going back. I wonder what the response will be from the owner. Terrible customer service !!!!
Have ordered from here a few times, usually either have to wait long times or something missing from order. Today not only did we have to wait an extra 20 min for the order, it was cold when we brought it home. Not warm, cold. We were unsure what the wait was for if the order arrived cold. Just disappointing, unfortunately won't be ordering again based on these experiences.
