Its dirty. The staff are cold. Its infested with bed bugs.

Worse place ever. Cockroach motel. Nosy intruding neighbours. People break in to your place and steal things and the grounds keeper opens tenants doors for other people to go in.

The recent owner or superintendent decided to put money into redoing the Cosmetics of the interior, though they really don't help the place and if anything make it look a little bit more tacky. Otherwise the individual units are fairly decent.
