Lovely new and fresh hotel; great rooms. Hot breakfast had a small selection but well done and salsa was a nice touch. The entire establishment staff is very prompt and nice. Check in was a bit difficult as only 1 of 3 rooms was ready. We had 3 couples sharing 1 room to get ready for a wedding reception; really not fun. Michelle at the front desk was amazing and is very professional and went out of her way to make our stay good. It would have been nice to be offered some sort of compensation for the 1.5 hour delay on the rooms. Nice place and I would recommend this hotel.
Newly renovated. Nice rooms with space to work or relax. Nice pool and work out room. Spacious lounge area to eat breakfast. One of the better fairfield's I have stayed in over the past few years. My next trip to this area will include this hotel again.
The hotel was really clean and the beds are really comfortable but is a little bit high. The reception was really friendly and nice greeting customers. There was complimentary parking and a computer for customer to print documents if needed. A decent amount of tables and chairs were available for complimentary breakfast. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner for guests to use. Overall I really enjoyed my stayed in Fairfield.
Fantastic rooms - comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
These people don't know what cleaning or service is. When we checked in there were washclothes from the previous guests on the shower rod. One day we were in the room from about 2 - 4 and the room hadn't been cleaned. Around 4 as we headed out we called to get them to clean it and got a lecture about putting the "do not disturb sign" before 3PM because there cleaning staff leaves at 3. The next day we were careful not to be in the room from about 9AM to after 3PM... room still hadn't been cleaned when we got back. They finally knocked on door around 4 to see if we wanted it cleaned and I said just the bathroom. Got a few new towels, but they couldn't be bothered to provide new tissue or to wipe the counters.Breakfast was good.
