Hotel is really nice and has tons of parking. The hallways are well kept and clean. Room number signs have a cool picture on them to help distinguish your room. The hotel is close to a few fast food restaurants and Mandarin so makes grabbing a bite easy!
People were nice but the room had some issues. All the outlets were broken except for 2 of them which were the ones for the TV and a lamp. Only one lamp worked and there was no curtains to block out the lights from the gas station making it difficult to sleep.
Didn't stay at the hotel itself, but came here for a 3-day course. Hospitality seemed okay, staff was quick to adjust temperature for our conference room and replace what seemed to be expired creamers for our coffee. Hotel is right beside a theatre and some restaurants. Easy to get to.
Giving 5 stars because the hotel director seen my post about my concerns with the room. He Found me and made sure everything was working and that i was satisfied. I really appreciate customer service like this so 5 stars to offset my original 2 start rating.
The suite was spacious, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot. Used as a groom suite and the only real downside was glassware not being available for doing cheers photos.
