The price of rooms does not represent the quality or level of service. Beds are not very comfortable, many small things not functional, such as pool, iron, coffee maker. There are much better lodging options at better prices around the Guelph area.
The worst check ever. Over all the room is great.Here to thursday and it will be the LAST time we will stay here.

Their services are poor. And they are unable to attend to their customer's needs.I booked a 5day reservation through expedia, spent 3 nights at the hotel, decided I wanna leave (check out) cause I gotta be at Waterloo for an event, but they said NOO! I have to spend the 5 nights entirely and if I check out before the 5th night, I'll be charged for the 5 nights anyway, like TF!?!What kind of hotel can't solve simple problems like this for it's customers, and they expect me to come back????! Yea right!
Horrible overpriced place. The breakfast was disgusting. Such low quality food that I don't think even a hungry dog would eat. Dry crumbly muffins, cold eggs rotten banana's and water downed juice.The price does reflect the quality of the place and I would never stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
