My family left this clinic due to the rudeness of the staff and the frequent cancellations with a rude explanation. I don't know the woman's name but I know exactly who you are talking about. She is the only older female receptionist there. She is the worst example we have ever come across and we grew up in Guelph. Why on earth this clinic continues to employ her with all the wonderful graduates U of G has to offer is mind boggling. I will say that this woman is not truly representative of Guelph's helpful medical staff at other clinics. I would suggest you try Guelph Wellington Family. Guelph is a wonderful place to live and it is awful you and your son had to experience this.
I would like to comment about the staff at Wyndham medical and say thanks to everyone that works there, everybody is so wonderful, professional and polite. Especially the two ladies at the front desk, they are amazing.
Dr Corbett is my doctor and she is amazing. Her receptionists Jeanette and Liz are always pleasant and I always cross my fingers and I hope one of them answer instead of the cranky loud man, he is always rude and abrupt.
I am writing this review on behalf of my fiance who is a patient there. The Dr. is fantastic! Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the "Gatekeeping Miser" who answers the phone, and is at the front desk, is a very unpleasant person, and is so extremely rude to me or my fiance whenever we call. Her name is Jeanette, and she would be a good reason to find another doctor. We will likely be looking for a new family doctor because of how awful Jeanette is to deal with, and how she LITERALLY blocks my fiance from making appointments. You would be better off waiting hours at a walk-in clinic.
Incredibly rude staff, why do these people go into this industry with such a lack of personal skills? Disturbing..
