After waiting a week for my results I called to see what was going on. The receptionist put me on hold for a while and then ended up putting someone else on the phone. Then I was on hold for even longer while she looked for my results. She then told me they were lost and lifelabs would have to resend them, even though lifelabs had confirmed with me they were sent over last week. I called back a few times over the next few days to see if they had had lifelabs resend them, but they never bothered to do that. At this point my health has really deteriorated. They told me to come back to the clinic to redo the test. No thank you. I will never return to this clinic.
If I could give zero...Except nice waiting room and nurse our experience is horrible. Our son was seen by a doctor who except checking his temperature didn't do a thing. Our son had valve attached to his throat,strep came positive as we went to the ER and it went to his lungs.
The clinic was clean, efficient and didn't turn me away even though it was past nine before I actually left. All staff were kind and knowledgeable. The pharmacist attached to the clinic was amazing. He waited for me to finish and filled my very needed prescription extremely quickly. Thank you.

Everyone was very kind and considerate! Lovely people including pharmacist. Will be returning as I had a quick and wonderful expirence.
