The Reception staff needs better training in a lot of areas. I could hear them laughing and giggling in the back and when they answer the phone. SICK people call and they are being greeted to laughter? Reception staff also sounds like they rather not be there. Very bad monotone attitude, not helpful in anyway, provides Wrong information about different departments, and I find I must constantly repeat myself. Overall, there is a huge lack of professionalism there. Funny, I asked how to file a complaint, I was told to talk to my Doctor? I guess I will on my NEXT visit.
If you're lucky enough to have a family doctor in this facility and you know how great it is chiropractic physiotherapy pharmacy x-rayDownside: DO NOT EXPECT to get a easy appointment or get through on the phone quickly. The wait times on the phone is totally unreasonable. If they expect to run such a large clinic they need to properly staff it with enough supporting team members.
I found the service here from reception to the physician to the nurse practitioner just as good as I would receive in any other health clinic. Waits were not long, good parking and decent assessments
My rating is for the reception, not the doctor.Every time I have to call in for an appointment, I am either on hold for over 45 minutes or cannot get through and have to call back over and over for hours until someone actually picks up.Currently, I have been trying to call this office for the past 50 minutes and have not gotten through to anyone. I have never experienced this in a doctors office before, other than this one. Every time, no matter what time of day, no one picks up their phones here.I am seriously considering switching doctors because of their poor service at the front desks. With it being impossible to book an appointment or even talk to someone, this is not an ideal place to seek medical attention.
It dosn't matter it is an urgent case or a simple cold. You never get a response back. They tell you they call you back but never it's gonna happen... Worst customer/patient service I've seen. I wish we could have other better options in Guelph.
