Very unprofessional receptionists. Talking about a patient in a very loud voice and being rude/mocking her is not something a medical receptionist should be doing...also SUPER SLOW. Why bother making an appointment when I have to sit and wait for over 30 min past my appointment time? This is the first time I have ever reviewed a place in a negative manner, but I was very unimpressed.
The staff at this location were mostly younger girls with an attitude. With my visit, I witnessed one staff memeber have an argument with an elderly lady as to whether she could keep her shoes on that allowed her stability and walking capabilities. I did not feel welcome at any point during my visit, other than by the in-training student who performed my scan. Would recommend a different location!
Attended my appointment after confirming in the morning and then again enroute because of traffic, arrived only to find that I didn't have an appointment, that it was later in the week, which was completely false. Choose another location for your testing. Loads of attitude as well throughout the process which was incredible given that it was their mistake.
Not busy, so you get in quickly. They are fast, BUT failed to report an xray to my doctor like addressed. I was waiting for almost 2 months for this in order to get on a medication. It wasn't until my doctor asked when I'd be getting my xrays done that I realized they didn't even send them. So mad.
I had a great experience here! The facility is new, spacious and very clean. My ultrasound tech was friendly and professional.
