I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Wellington Motors and Wellington Collision Center. I brought in my brand-new vehicle with some bumper alignment issues. I visited Wellington Motors to get some help on that issue and they referred me to their body shop Wellington Collision Center for repair. Darrel, the manager, inspected the bumper and told me the issue was with the bracket and they would order the necessary parts. I waited almost three weeks with no communication — I eventually had to call them myself, and got answer they “forgot” to contact me. I dropped off my vehicle as requested and returned in the evening to find the bumper completely untouched. They then told me they got the wrong part and asked me to bring it back another day. After dropping my vehicle off again, I returned to see that not only was the issue still unresolved, but my bumper now had additional scratches and missing bolts. When I pointed this out, Darrel gave me excuses such as “the bumper will take shape from the heat of the sun” — which is absolutely unacceptable. He then installed a bolt in a rush and walked away, telling me to take my vehicle to the dealership I purchased it from they can't help me anymore. They wasted nearly a month of my time, damaged my vehicle, and showed no professionalism or accountability. I contacted Dodge customer care and was referred to Kitchener RAM Dodge instead. They properly diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes the same day. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful — the complete opposite experience of Wellington. Wellington Motors and Collision Center provided the worst service I have ever experienced.
The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and create a comforting environment. Everything was quick and easy. The mechanics called before making decisions on my behalf, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable. My car was ready in the time they said it would be and I've had no issues with it after getting it back. These people will go the extra mile in the name of customer service, I would highly recommend WCC!
Recently had my vehicle repaired here through insurance. They performed the repairs quickly and the finished product came out perfect! My car has a very special paint, a metalic orange, and they got the colour bang on! The repairs were fast and both Dustin and Daryl, really the whole collision center team maintained good communication throughout the whole process. No one wants to have a car accident but the team here at Wellington motors collision center made the whole process as painless as possible. Thank you team!
