WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN GUELPH. They can't even do a simple oil change properly. Went in for an oil change and left with an OIL LEAK on a new car that I have never had a single issue with. Turns out they spilled oil everywhere...all over my engine, suspension, wheels and ultimately all over my clean garage floor. Went back to fix the issue and the owner could not care less. They said they would shampoo the engine and the other areas to clean up the mess and the DIDN'T. I watched the useless technician just take the garden hose to the bottom of my car. I could see him doing it through the window so I asked them if they were going to use the shampoo as promised and they said THEY DID which was a TOTAL LIE because I saw it NOT happen with my own eyes. They lied right to my face wow! Not even a simple apology given by the owner after I lost a whole days pay from work dealing with this mess. The least they could have done is refunded me the $100 bucks a paid for the oil change that went extremely bad. What a joke of a place. STAY FAR AWAY from this dump.
We completely trust this garage. We've been going to them for years, and are relieved to not ever have to look elsewhere again. Their prices are reasonable and they try to save us money too!
Hard to find a good , honest mechanic shop now a days... moved to Guelph 2 and half years ago and my nephew recommended College Auto Tech, and so glad he did... I especially love the fact it's a 3 generation family shop thats been around for over 50 years... Staff and Mechanics r super nice ... I highly recommend this shop...
