You can tell just sitting in the waiting area how much he cares about his customers. He chatted with everyone, telling stories, and when the initial assessment was done, very honest about what the issues were, how something like that typically happened, and what it takes to fix it. Definitely not one of those shady places who are in it for the money. I came back for another issue after he fixed something a month ago, and did the work free of charge since my car was just there. Definitely will be returning!
Very happy customer words cannot begin to describe how pleased I was with this service that I received at Grants Auto Care. The true definition of "above and beyond" great costumer service. Great work and fair pricing. Very thorough, transparent and honest. Long story short I needed work done to my camper. I was hesitant at first given this was my first time getting service there and it was major. I had multiple issues with our trailer. Grants Auto Care was there in battle with me throughout it all. I have been using Grants Auto Care for 3 years now. I bought my first car from him and been going to him since. I used to go to school in Sudbury and I would refuse to use any auto shops up there. I would schedule all my scheduled maintenance on my car when I came home because his prices are reasonable and I can trust that he’s keeping my car running smoothly when I’m driving back and forth from school. When I had gotten my car it was detailed by his wife, she did a really great job with cleaning my car. I would definitely go back to get my car detailed again with her. Her prices are reasonable as well and she uses great products that are actually good for your car. I appreciate them both for what they have done for my car! I bought a car from this store a week ago. doge caravan 2016 amount 15800 I bought it for my wife to take my kids to school. I came from Mississauga I asked the owner a store sale from safety Tell me yes .. I asked him if there were problems with the car. I bought a car and went home On the way to raise the engine temperature There are pictures and video Noise in the back I called him 3 times, no answer I went to a mechanic near my house. He told me there is a big problem with the engine. There are other problems with the car. Tell me the car is not safety I went back to the person who sold it to me and told him there were problems with the car. He changed the thermos He forced me to sign a paper that he is not responsible for the car. This is a scam. Today I called him and he told me it doesn't matter I was working day and night to buy a car for my family. I filed a complaint omvic Car defects There is no tire spare Under a rusty car loud noise behind car oil leak transmission Engine temperature is too high
Had troubles with my emergency brake locking. Took it in to Grant. Told me he needed to replace everything. Paid for it to get fixed, only to find out the emergency brake pads were removed and nothing was replaced. Steer clear from this shop!
