Yes! These guys over big box appliance store any day! Wife and I bought a washer and dryer from Shuh's appliance and they had it delivered and installed on the day they said they would no problems, and it was on a Saturday! Installers were very good and absolute professionals! We had them install it in what used to be a closet, so they had to use the stacking kit. They had the job done in under a half hour and we are so happy with the machines! Amana front loaders. Great product, great service, no hassles. Thanks a lot guys!
Not impressed at all with this business. After having them out to do an extremely minor installation for which we were extremely over billed, the technician not only neglected to properly reposition our range, now there is a clearance issue with the dishwasher. Additionally, this individual also claims that our dishwasher is on the verge of leaking water all over our kitchen...strange that not only was the dishwasher installed by Bosch, but it's been just fine for the 5 months it's been installed. Bottom line? You can do far better getting your appliances services elsewhere. On every level, the customer service here leaves A LOT to be desired.
I wouldn't recommend this appliance dealer for anything. The installer was less than professional (was actually bordering on being very rude) and we were overcharged in a couple of areas.Bottom line - you can do far better elsewhere with a dealer that offers better customer service and honest invoicing. I'm hardly impressed with the work that I received.
Our gas dryer died on us (wouldn't spin the drum). Shuh's sent Ed out to have a look and fix it. He's a great guy and did a fantastic job. Ed not only fixed the broken wheel... he cleaned out the inside of the dryer, re-glued some of the felt around the drum that was starting to come off and pointed out an issue with the way the dryer was vented (which was causing lint build-up)... He didn't have the ideal part on him, so he jury-rigged something for us with some elbow joints he had in the van (free of charge) so that we could do laundry until he could get the telescoping vent in the next week. Would absolutely call these guys again if we have another issue.
We've been buying appliances from these guys for years. Other stores may be able to beat them on price (but make sure you include delivery and install and they might come out cheaper), but I'd be surprised if anyone can beat their customer service when you run into a problem.- They let me return a dishwasher I decided I didn't like - after it had already been installed.- They delivered a loaner fridge for me to use while mine got repaired. They really care about, and take care of, their customers.
