Went here YD and found PPG FUGGLERS!! I’ve been looking for these for months! Thanks to Dejay who helped me and was very nice + nice smile. I will def go back here with my friends to collect more?
The owner came up to us at another store to try and get us to look at the same product at his place, when we went over they had it for 2.5-4x the price! Not to mention the staff was pretty rude and were making comments about the other customers when we went in.
The absolute worst service. Bought Dubai chocolate this was the third one I purchased didn’t have any issues with the others but this one came open and looked like it had been eaten. I contacted the store and was sent to voicemail. I left two voicemail messages however no one got back to me… then I went to the store later in the week and explained the situation , the manager said this was final sale and did nothing about it. I requested a replacement told them it was wrong to sell open and eaten chocolate. Still nothing was done, no refund, no replacement , nothing. The girl smirked at me and the manager did nothing but said it was final sale. Manager wrote his name down and the worker told me to contact customer service. Such poor service I’m disappointed as this was a place I would go to frequently but will not anymore. Please check any and all edibles before leaving the store. I will be reporting this to public health and placing a complaint. Loss of $10 .
This is a scalper store. It's obvious that they mark up prices, especially for any novelty collector items like Squishmallows. It was never mentioned before that plushies were final sale upon purchase. When trying to return within the 30 day return window, they refused to accept it and said that it was final sale when nowhere does it state that policy specifically for the Squishmallows. The cashier said their manager told them not to accept returns on them for some bs reasons. She said they're considered "opened packages" when the plushies aren't packaged for shoppers. She then said because they are shipped in plastic packaging, they're considered "opened" when that's just how the employees shelve the products. We called another location and they said there would be no issue doing a return, so the cashier at this location told us to go there instead. Very shady and unprofessional.
I bought “Juicy Jelly” snacks from here for my children, they took a bite of one and immediately spit it out saying it didn’t taste right. I flipped the bag around and it said it expired on October 28th 2022. it is currently December 10th 2022. I attempted to return these and at least make an exchange for ones that are not inedible. The employee I spoke to gave me a snarky smile and said “sorry, we already knew they were expired, which is why they we discounted”. Keep in mind there was NO sign stating they were expired. I am extremely angry not only with the customer service but also with the fact that had I not noticed these snacks were expired, my children very well could have ended up sick. I will never be shopping here again.
I was in the store today pucked up a metalic telescopic straw marked at $3 however when i tried to pay they charged me $20 and i said it was $3 the woman st the counter toodme they made a mistake removed the price and tried to sell it to me at 20 so i left and i ised to buy there a lot not any more I hate to be taken for an idiot if the price says 3 even if you made a mistake you should honor it bad business i will tell everybody my experience there
DO NOT waste your time and money on this store. If I could I’d give this store 0 stars. Very poor quality. One of the employees told me to F off when I called on the phone asking for information about an item. Very recently I visited the store for the item and another employee went to the back of the store to get me the item and gave me the wrong colour, I wasn’t allowed to open the box with nothing written in it so I wouldn’t have known. I go home and after opening the box I see that it wasn’t the right item. Called the store explaining the situation and from their mistake, I can’t exchange it or get my money back.
