I purchased one of Greenway's products on January 11, 2016. Today is January 22nd. Because of a few problems (not major), I emailed them 3 times asking for a reply. They've never replied - either by email or telephone. Obviously they don't care about customer support. The product I purchased is of good quality and I'm pleased with it. But unless they improve their customer service very soon, I will never recommend ANY of their products to anybody.
They are gone folks
No customer service at all. You are on your own if you buy anything from this company!

Buyers beware, you buy a Muskoka you're on your own these people never heard of customer support. If I could give less than one star I would.
