I just celebrated my 1 year OTF Guelph anniversary, and I've never been able to commit to fitness in my life for this long and being this consistent. I love the workouts, they're different every day. I love the staff here- they're very supportive and truly amazing. The coaches are really motivating and will always push me to be better/faster/stronger. I love this place!
It's hard to explain until you've experienced it for yourself. I recommend that everyone at least tries the first free workout then makes a decision from there. I can't go as often as I like, but absolutely miss it when I'm away. The encouragement and excitement exuded by the coaches is incomparable.
As Jim Rohn stated You Cant Hire Someone Else to Do Your Push-Ups For You"but you can sign up for Orange Fitness, get infected with the enthusiasm of the trainers and enjoy the camaraderie of everyone else in the studio sweating it out and not giving up! You won't give up on push up #8 when everyone else is at #11! Best gym experience ever and while it might cost more than others, it really helps you get the most out of your invaluable time and the results speak for themselves!
The best workout you can get in a group setting,I have tried numerous bootcamp / HIIT in the past. I am hooked on OTF. You achieve results quickly and crave going back for more results. All of the staff make a huge effort to remember your name - you're not just a random member. Jet and Taryn are so motivating, they test your limits! They make it a great experience every time.
Great experience! I went in to just try it out and got hooked right away. I love the culture and environment where you're getting a personal trainer in a relatively small group. Everyone is there to improve and push themselves to the next level. I push harder here than I did having a regular gym membership. Love it! Would recommend
