Staff very welcoming and willing to help! Women's area is in the basement, even though the efforts are there with bright lighting, appreciated, still somewhat "shadowy". Still a great atmosphere to work out in!
Great gym, as others have said never have to wait for a machine. My only complaint is they open later on Mondays than other locations (5:30 vs 5) and after holidays, even though the official website says they open at 5, apparently they do not. Frustrating to sit and wait in the parking lot when hours are not accurate.
Absolutely amazing staff!! This location has got to be the best one in guelph thus far! With a ton of accommodations. The atmosphere is welcoming, inspiring and free of judgement! Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking a change in lifestyle, this is THE place to be.
I love working out here. Great staff and a healthy mix of body types.
This gym is really good. You can always find a machine to use because its not busy, especially at night. The prices for personal training is a little to high for me but its alright. Overall good gym.
