I enjoy low alcohol brews and went online to order “Boot Lite” I had shipping questions/concerns so I phoned in. Taylor in Guelph was seriously professional on the phone lines. I had some of the most thorough, honest and considerate assistance I’ve gotten on a phone call in ages. -Excellent staff! -Cheers!
I've always been a fan of Wellington beer, so l was stoked to finally visit the brewery. Cool store when you first walk in. I left with a nice glass and some beer and the merch is really cool along with the discs they sell for disc golf! We went for lunch so there weren't many food options other than snacks, so we got some Grilled Brie Cheese Sandwiches which were fine, I mean, Brie is always amazing, but it was just missing something whether it was honey and nuts, cranberry sauce, ketchup etc. The beer was great as expected. We all got flights and enjoyed all of our drinks. Favourites included the Crispy Forever,, S.P.A., and Helles Lager. Fair prices here and a nice atmosphere. Our server was soooo nice too, she heard that I was skeptical on trying the County Brown Ale so she so kindly brought me a little sample to try during our tasting! I'm not big on porters/ stouts and can be picky with dark brown ales, but I very much enjoyed this one, so thank you for the taster! Will be back in the summer hopefully :)
A wide range of good beers to please most people, my current favourite being the Black Knight Porter. Their home delivery in the local area is a great service. Once in a while though, even they can make a mistake, which is sorted quickly, cheerfully and generously. An exemplary business in every way.
We held my sister’s Baby Shower here. The place was a fantastic place to host an event. The service was great! Thank you to Leanne & Ashley, they were fabulous and on top of everything. Will be returning for summer time patio drinks. Thanks again!
Super impressed with the service of the two ladies I dealt with over the phone and the delivery of a three day service from Guelph On. to Ottawa On.with the driver even placing a chair to block the view of my order. Well done Welly, Kodoos to ICS Courier as well.
Beware if ordering beer online for delivery outside their local delivery zone. They use a 3rd party, ICS courier, and thus, any issues with the delivery are left up to you to sort out with the courier company. When I contacted the brewery regarding a delivery that I was having an issue with, they were apologetic but indicated that it was out of their hands as the package was with the courier and there was no way to cancel the order and have it returned to the brewery. In other words, I was at the mercy of the ICS courier system. Ultimately, the day after ICS indicated that they had tried to deliver the package (they hadn't), the beer was delivered...to a random address 30 minutes away even though the address on the ICS delivery notification showed my proper address. It gets better, the courier tracking indicated that I signed for it! Thank goodness for the very nice person who received my order and took the time to contact me. Update, the brewery reached out again to apologize and cancel the delivery charge. They also mentioned that they have been back in touch with ICS to raise this specific issue.
Great beer, good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and welcoming, enjoyed it all. Only thing, bathroom was missing toilet paper, had to drop and scramble to the next stall. Would recommend :)
