Great service, and always friendly. Driven from London a few times to check this place out. They have some odd vehicles out in the yard, as well as common ones. Something for everyone!
Staff was welcoming. I had a pretty fun day looking for a window regulator for my car. I didn’t have any luck even after wrestling with a car for hours, finally getting the regulator free, just to find that it was broken the whole time. I still got the satisfaction of getting it free like a puzzle and lots of fascinating/interesting things to see. Make sure to wear sturdy closed-toed shoes and prepare for the heat if it’s summer. I wish I didn’t wear pants and brought some water. Next time I’ll also be bringing some wasp spray if they allow it. I know it sounds like the day from hell but it was quite the entertaining adventure!
Nicklin Auto Parts is hands-down the best. If you're handy with cars, know what part you need, and can remove it yourself, this place will save you a ton of money. The price they gave me for the part was so low, I actually offered to pay more — businesses like this deserve it. Honest, helpful, and fair. Can’t recommend them enough.
I had an awesome experience here. I came looking for a very rare part — aluminum control arms from an early '99 Grand Am — and not only did they have them, but the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful the whole way through. They gave me the time and space I needed to carefully pull the parts, and even showed real interest in the project I was working on. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommended if you’re hunting down parts for your build or restoration.
They are kinda racist. I arrived at 3:35 and i came from far away and they did not let me in. I even said that let me just look at the vehicle so i know that i can get the right parts when i come back tomorrow so my 2nd day doesn’t go for waste as well. He said no with a straight face as if i did something wrong. Like i just wanted to make sure that the color of the car was okay and it had the right parts so that i could pull them out the next day but i was refused in a rude way. Did not expected this. Stop lying, i came from very far, i just wanted to look if the car had the parts i needed and would have left and came back tomorow, there is a thing called customer service which is 0 in you and you company. you should have some courtesy and respect for your customers, but you don’t have the basic decency on how to give service to your valued customers. 10 minutes wouldn’t change anything, my time got wasted and the worst part is you guys lie on google reviews.
What' a great bunch of guys that are full of knowledge. I bought a battery and it wasn't any good so took it back and got a perfect one plus a couple tires that I would of missed out on great deal they have me and I'll be back no questions,,now speaking of tires man this place has them if you need them,brand new warehouse with a ton of rims and tires and anything else you can think of for cat truck sub ECT parts, great experience and give this two thumbs up 100%>
