I was really impressed with the service here - they were willing to help me out in finding an auxiliary battery that would fit my hybrid. Their prices are also reasonable! I'll definitely be back when I need more parts.
I dont really go to NAPA but after this I think I'll start to. The staff was super awesome, better price than others for what I needed. All I got was a case of gear oil, i wasn't sure how much i needed at first but the staff was just great to deal with, fast, helpful, they looked it up for me and showed me the capacity of oil that was needed. Just a great experience and I will for sure go back there!! :)
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. Staff was very helpful in finding the parts I needed at a reasonable cost. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for parts, and would go back for any other parts needed in the future.
Beware!!!They charge a 20% restocking fee on parts as miscellaneous adjustment when you cancel an order.The parts are way expensive than the Amazon Canada and any other NAPA store nearby. They try to rip you off at any cost.
