Went in a few days ago to buy a vape and was sold one that is really old (charging cord was included which they stopped doing like 6 months ago) the vape tastes burnt, no flavour and is faulty. Unfortunately I live in a different city so too far to return it. I have contacted the vape company directly but wouldn’t recommend buying here.
I was just here with my husband, and yes he goes most places with me, I got 2 ELFBAR BC5000 ULTRA Strawberry Watermelon is one of the two ELFBAR 's that I got for me, because I seem to vape much more than my husband the second flavor that I got is Blue Puff CDY, I will try it when the pink one is done ?. The green one is my husband's and we will definitely be back as the service was amazing and the prices can't be beat!!!! ?
very friendly staff that genuinely care about their customers! the staff have suggested some new stlth pod flavours which i have enjoyed every time i try a new flavour there. they are open late which is convenient. I’ve been going there since it opened and i’ve never had an issue. Definitely 10/10 all around!
This is NOT a "real" vape shop, they don't carry coils, wires, tanks, mods, etc - this is a convience store trying to be something they are not. No vapestore owner pushes disposables onto consumers (because no one knows what juice is in them) due to the known many risks with it. With that being said this store carries illegal/unregulated vape juices without the VPPR certification (enjoy popcorn lung). The disposables that they sell are a mixed batch of fake disposables mixed in with "real" ones (so if your vape doesn't work after a few days, you likely got a fake one). This is honestly a public health/safety concern at this point, hopefully people see this and stop using these disposables, and this shop actually helps people quit smoking.
Went in to grab pods and e-juice, asked for a basic tobacco flavor and they gave me something called "El Bacca" that tastes spicy and frankly makes me feel sick when I use it. Wouldn't recommend using their recommendations. Very unpleasant. *EDIT* Oh, and the pack of pods I purchased was already opened with the seals broken. They didn't mind replacing it, so not a big deal, but just another thing to address. *EDIT #2* The store manager's replied and offered me to return and exchange, which is a great show of customer support. Originally a 1 star, I'll bump this to a 4.
