Been a regular here for the last 4 years and have NEVER been treated as well as I have here, The store is S+ tier clean and looks amazing, The staff is great, knowledgeable and Professional, and the managers are amazing too. Best vape shop in town, Probably better than your towns vape shop too, Will ONLY shop here.
Purchased a Weekend Watermelon vape, but it didn’t taste the same as my usual one from another location. The girl working was super helpful — she listened, suggested other flavours, and I mentioned this is my go-to. She even blessed me with a disposable Weekend Watermelon vape at no extra cost, which matched the flavour I was used to perfectly! Amazing service, very polite, and great attention to detail. 10/10 experience. They also let you try certain products before buying. Definitely recommend checking them out!
I dont post reviews often. However... This place is the best spot in the city, and it's not even close. If you have ANY vape needs, they have your back. Batteries, coils, etc. Huge selection of flavors, and the best prices around. Trust me, just go here and avoid disappointment. Super friendly and efficient staff. Plus, you earn reward points for every purchase, and the store is gorgeous and spotless. 5 stars.
Hands down the best vape shop anywhere. Have been shopping here for a few years and I pretty quickly made it a point to only purchase from them. The customer service says it all! I always take their advice and if I provide feedback with not being satisfied with something they will replace hardware no question asked, discount purchases or even replace 0 charge. This is always a pleasant surprise and keeps me coming back to support them. 6-star service as well as locally owned in Guelph! Thank you for such amazing service!
I really like the staff and service at this place and the selection is decent there. The quality of what I've tried so far is awesome ? only qualm is they don't have a reward system for loyalty nor many sales like other shops I've been to
Let's start by saying I do not leave reviews often but just recently I purchased a jco1 mod from this location and I bought some pre-filled juul pods for it. What I realized was the pods would not stick in the mod and I wasn't able to use them so I had to break them open and pour it into the refillable pod that comes with the mod kit which was a lot of hassle and usually led to spilling a lot of juice I went back a few days later to I asked if it was like that for all other ones and we tested it again with different pods and had a reoccurring issue. The lady working i forgot to ask a name but she had short black hair just so happened to have recently got the exact some mod and the same colour as mine and we tested it on hers and she didn't have the same issue. Kindly enough she offered me to just trade the mod with her personal one because for some company reason she was not able to exchange it for a brand new one and she would dispose of the defective mod and gave me a new pack of prefilled pods at no charge. Very good customer service very organized and professional store probably my favourite in town by far!
