It’s been five days, and I’m still waiting for a response about the part I need. They made it sound so complicated to find the correct part that they couldn't do it the same day, but when I looked it up online, there was only one option—and it took me less than a minute to find it. I ended up ordering the part from another source two days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. There were four people in the store plus a technician, so the lack of communication is frustrating. If you just need supplies, they might be okay. But if you want them to actually get things done, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Honestly, they seem way too lazy for me.
Great experience. After fruitlessly trying other pool stores in the Guelph area, I ended up at Westmount (should have went there first). I was looking for a replacement gasket for my pool skimmer. Their parts inventory was great, and they had plenty of the gaskets I needed in stock. The delightful lady who helped me, also gave me a little advice about maintenance on my pool skimmer. Oh, and their price was excellent.
Friendly staff that don't pressure you to make unnecessary purchases unlike the place on Victoria Rd that charges you $25 for a water test if you don't buy a chemical that the test recommends!
Whoever the younger guy was driving down Stone Road around 645pm in the company van was driving like an absolute maniac. While blasting rap music for all to hear even with my own windows shut, I saw him change lanes 4 times within 3 mins swerving in and out trying to get ahead of the traffic, and then completely tailgating whoever was in front of him. Not only is this very unprofessional in a company van, super unsafe. Do better!

they have in stock replacement hoses and pool fittings, the only reason im giving them 4 stars is because i didnt like how she referred to my pool as a redneck pool (might be but it works and i like it)! so price wise (green arrowed) hose cost me $2 as the lady referred to it as left over spa hose, next day i went back to pick up the (red arrows) new attachment and the white hose with attachments to adjust for hose size for the return and that costed $46.
Liquid chlorine here is a good price and it pays to commit to their member pricing plan. I always forget my card but your phone number in their system keeps things on track. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fun. They test water here too.
