Would NOT go anywhere else BUT Pollock Pools. First time pool owner here - and Pollock Pools is the place to go. Everyone in the store is 100% knowledgeable, there is no up selling. There is always taking care of the customer end to end. Staff are patient, caring, provide expert advice and their support and smiles are honestly, everything.
Evan and Sal came to open the pool today. They do an awesome job with the tarp leaves and getting the system humming. They power washed the deck and were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this family run business. Tim
Evan and his co-worker opened our pool yesterday and they not only did an amazing job, they were extremely helpful fixing our skimmer flap. Then, they power washed and cleaned everything up and we are very pleased with their professionalism. We've been using Pollock to open and close our pool for 16 years and they always do a great job.
The 2 man team (Sal and other guy) from Pollock Pools did an excellent job opening my mom’s pool this year. They were on time, worked hard start to finish, and went above and beyond other pool companies…they even pressure washed the concrete deck. Definitely a great service - highly recommend!!
I am really disappointed and confused with customer service. I have called several times since spring to have someone come out to look at my hot tub. I received one call back and I was told that the time to look at the repair and the cost might not be worth it. We agreed on the phone that someone would come out any way (I live 5 mins away) to confirm that. No one called back. It is bizarre to me that they wouldn’t help me. If my hot tub is too costly to repair then I will get a new one. I feel like this was quite a missed opportunity. Or maybe just not worth it to them. I have called recently to see if they can come out but it looks like I have to go elsewhere.
Brian Pollock built our pool over 25 years ago. Design process was excellent and the beautiful pool and deck served us perfectly until we moved from our home about a year ago. No issues. We used the services of the store on Victoria Road from the time it opened and found Kathy and the staff knowledgeable and most helpful. I recommend Pollock Pools and services without reservation.
Came and did a visit for a pool install. Said we'd get the quote in a few days and never heard from him. Wasted a lot of valuable time. So sad as they were our top pick and highly recommended.
