Not impressed. My wife and I stood for 30 minutes by the section with tablets trying to figure out what we needed. Staff ignored us the entire time while we were researching various tablets on our phones. The store was not busy and was practically empty. We finally walked out, went home and bought one on line.
The staff escort you to the item/product you're looking for. I'm not a store roamer. I find a CSR and ask for their help. The staff are professional and fun. The printing department is efficient and friendly. This is my go to anything office.
To be honest I would rather go to the other staples across town. Came here to wait 5 minutes for poor customer service. Employees seem to be in their own little world. I’ll still come here to buy the odd supplies but when it comes to asking questions, don’t bother.
This location in particular has been awful for years. For roughly 10 years I've always had to call 2-3 times for one thing because they never answer the phones. When I complained, one of the customer service staff actually was quite lippy and rude. I took my PC in here to be shipped out to ASUS as it was a free shipping method via their center. Keep in mind this build was expensive at the time and had tempered glass siding. It wasn't until later ASUS was going to charge me $130 because the glass shattered along the way. I was holding staples responsible because they failed to provide proper packaging material. It wasn't until later the manager was in touch and said I never requested it. While that was true common sense should have kicked in and they should have offered the material with the price of the package.
I frequent the print shop and am always impressed with the staff. In particular, David is especially accommodating and kind. He has always remedied issues (many times mistakes I made!) quickly and efficiently. Great customer service! Thanks team :)
I'm always happy with Staples and I think this location in particular has excellent customer service.
Plenty of school supplies readily available, staff helpful (opened up a headset to ensure it had the right connection as needed), plenty of choice. Good value.
Every single employee checks with you to ensure you are finding everything you are looking for as you pass by them.
I had a great experience at Staples with recovering the backup from my laptop. They saved my pictures and documents which were very important to me.
Went in because the South end staples didn't have the Dymo printer I needed in stock - this location had three. The staff greeted us and were friendly and helpful. We were looking at the Google Home Mini as well and they answered most of our questions, as well as honoured the sale tag that was on it, even though it had expired. I was very happy with the friendly, quick service we received!
