This Canadian Tire is great! It's located in a plaza with other great stores and plenty of parking. It has a huge selection of everything! They processed an exchange with no receipt without giving me any hassle.
A smaller Canadian tire but still lots of selection and product. The parking lot is huge so never an issue parking. Can always find something on special that I can use for a project. Great friendly staff. I would visit often.
Staff are friendly and helpful! Signs around the store made it simple to find what I was looking for. Cashier made it easy to make a payment on my credit card right away!
I purchased 3 outdoor chairs at the Canadian Tire on Stone Road Mall on sale for $139.99 reg $200. The very helpful sales person said that if I purchased all 3, he would reduce the price to $100 each. I said I needed 4 chairs so he called the Woodlawn Road store to see if they had any in stock in which they had 3. I drove to Woodlawn Road and asked for the chair. They had none on display and said they were in their storage unit and so I had to wait until they got a key and found the chair. I explained that I bought three chairs for $100 each at Stone Road and the man said to take it to Customer Service and they would price match. After 15 minutes of waiting, I received the chair and took it to customer service. Even though I had the receipt from 30 minutes earlier, they would not price match it saying they were independently owned stores and the lowest they would go was $150. I told them that the advertised sale price was $139.99 and I could prove that by bringing the tag. After speaking with the Manager, they gave it to me for the $139.99 price. My choice was either return the three chairs to a store that earned my business by provided exceptional customer service or purchase this one exact chair for 50% more from the same chain store! I will never purchase anything again from Canadian Tire on Woodlawn Road. I encourage everyone to support Canadian Tire on Stone Road where they provide exceptional customer service.
I needed storage bins for moving. Two very similar bins were placed back to back, with only one price listed. I assumed they were the same price. At the cashier the bins rang through as more expensive than the price i had seen. The cashier asked me to show her, so I did. Evidently, the price tag for the more expensive bins had accidently not been posted. She helped me bring the cheaper bins back up to the front and my checkout was quick. The cashier was extremely courteous and polite.
