Amazing customer service from Byron and Leah. My wife and I were shopping for Adopt a Family and needed a wide range of shoes and clothes. Byron made sure we got what was needed and Leah jumped in to help as well. We’ve shopped here a number of times and always great staff service.

I went on this location on 23rd july 2025 around 12 or 12:30PM. The reason i visted, was return of bicycle which I purchased on 22nd July 2025. There is an employee on this location and her name is ABIGAIL. She is pretty rude and she not returned my bicycle by saying that its not going to retun because its not meet SPORTCHEK return policy. I explained her even I showed her on google that SPORTCHEK has 30 days return policy but she was not listening to me and avoiding all the talks. I was very dissapointed by her. Sportcheck needs to give their emplloyees a BRIEF Orientation regarding this matter.
Purchased the GT Avalanche in June 2024. Matt was awesome! I just serviced my bike last week for Free. One of the pros of buying from Sport Chek, Free tune-ups for a year. As for the bike, it lived up to its reputation! Toughness quality and worth every penny!
