Eli is amazing. I inherited my Grandmother’s very old machine that hadn’t been serviced in years, and Eli helped to restore it to wonderful working condition. Upon picking it up, he gave me very helpful tips and tricks as I am a beginner sewer, as well as he showed me how to properly thread my machine and how to troubleshoot if things go wrong while I am using it. I would highly recommend Eli’s services, it is evident that he takes such care and pride in his work!
Absolutely lovely! I took a thrift store machine for a free consult, it was amazing. I haven't used a sewing machine in 20 years but he was kind and explained everything without being at all condescending. Will definitely be going back for any maintenance needs.
Called and had my machine fixed day off when all other stores were giving me at least two weeks of waiting time. Very friendly and helpful (and not judgy which many machine repair people are). My machine was fixed in an hour for a great price and is up and working well. Was able to fix my brother inovis 5000 which many stores won’t do. Definitely would come back!
