I recently brought my 25+ year old Singer sewing machine to Pro Sewing machine Doctor for a skipping bobbin. When I received my machine back it was not in the state I thought it would be. The plastic thread holder that sits on the top of the machine had been broken to the point where it is no longer usable, as well as the top casing of the machine not being properly placed back onto the machine and effecting the threads tension. While my original issue was fixed, before I started sewing again I had to readjust and replace parts that were fine previously. It’s a little disappointing to have to pay $200 and still have to fix the machine myself WEEK LATER UPDATE Pro Sewing Machine Doctor called me back wanting to improve my experience with the company. They were very concerned about the work done on my machine and wanted to make it right; they've offered to replace the thread holder free of charge. I really appreciate the time they took to contact me to correct this issue. I will be taking my machine back to Pro Sewing Machine Doctor in the future if necessary. Thank you.
